In real life I got a relaxer and do have a small bald spot but the one in the dream was much bigger hence the shock I had

From the dream I would imagine you are a hard-worker, overly hard in some cases. It's a pro and a con but what God cares about the most is you having peace of heart while working because without peace it's hard for you to hear Him. Consider Elijah when he fled to mountain. God had to do something majorly drastic to "reset" his attention span so he could be at peace and hear God. Whatever big plans you had to day I would recommend you find a way to take a break in order to hold on to peace and "reset" your heart and mind so you can hear him clearly
