Our equipment：
EDM cutting machine, EDM grinding machine, Laser cutting machine, Mono diamond laser cutting machine, Vacuum brazing machine, Ultra-precision diamond tools grinding machine. EDM cutting and Laser cutting machines are used to cut PCD, PCBN blank and tungsten carbide substrate. EMD grinding is used to grind the edge of CVD, PCD and PCBN cutting tools or tipped tools inserts. Vacuum brazing make sure the brazing strength is enough and consistent quality. Ultra-precision grinding machine make sure the last size in control and cutting edge is perfect.
